I actually caught both of these virus’ in a short amount of time. First was Security Guard 2012, then AV guard online, then the newest hit was Guard online. BOTH had the exact same programming, and I got Malware Bytes to deal with a different malware that McAfee couldn’t deal with. I’m glad I got Malware bytes, but I’m having someone send me a restoration disk to have my laptop back to its former glory.

Welcome to my nightmare! Malware Bytes said it had quarantined and removed the GUARD (zeus) virus, but GUARD is still popping up and I am locked out of the security settings. My Firewall has been taken down by it and I can’t get it back up.Microsoft Security Essentials has been locked up — access denied. Insane! My son was playing LEGO Universe when it all started. Going to try the manual recommends here. Wish me luck!
