Try that one and it will let you get rid of any spyware or allow you to turn off the trojan program. I would also try to boot in safe mode and do a scan for Spyware with McAfee Oh yes You can reinstall but usally take longer than just doing the scans ..If it just got the Trojan recently you can restore your computer to a early time .
