is trojan behind WinCodecPRO promotions. This trojan sneaks into system with some malicious codec bundles that are distributed freely through file sharing networks. After instalation, WinCod starts showing various popups that promote its main affiliate : WinCodecPro, which is paid fake application. This trojan will disable some existing legitimate codecs in order to prevent you playing movies and other video content before paying for rogue application it promotes.
